An example would be my signature. I can also make matching icons if you want. Here is the signature form:

Character Name: Whatever you want their name to be on the sig here
Color Theme: Like rainbow, green, dark...That type of thing
Text: What you want on your signature besides your name
Font: If you have a certain preference
Celebrity: Person character modeled after
Images; Only if you want certain pics on your sig. If you want me to choose the pictures, leave this blank
